Returns and Refunds

• Return or exchange of the purchased product is only applicable to damaged items. The customer has to initiate the return within 7 days of delivery and provide their return shipment no shipment will be provided from the store. A refund will be initiated once the product is returned to us in its original state. Number of days taken to process the refund and credit the amount is 5-7 working days. In case of damage, an unboxing video is recommended.
